He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Eugene Bivens and Bertha Marcelle Bivens (Johnson); his brothers, Jimmy (Carolyn), Ronnie and Randy Bivens; and his nephew Owen Bivens.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Mae Bivens; his children, Timothy Bivens and Rebecca Pieroni (Daniel); his grandchildren, Abigail, Andrew Pieroni and Luke Bivens; his sister-in-law Vickie Bivens; his sibling's children, Mark, Matt Bivens and Melissa Bivens; and his friend Lon Pool.
