It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lon Daniel Pool of Lonoke, Arkansas, who passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lon Daniel Pool to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Pool and Malissia Pool. He is survived by: his children, Linda Gentry (Bubba) of Lonoke, AR, Becky Wood of Charlotte, NC, Danny Pool (Elaine), Tina Pool of Maumelle, AR and Ronnie Pool (Melissa) of Lonoke, AR; his sister Ruby Gagliano of Lonoke, AR; and his sibling's children, Ted and Dr. Martha Gagliano. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boyd Funeral Home (207 E 2nd St, Lonoke, AR 72086). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Lonoke Baptist Church (406 Front St SW, Lonoke, AR 72086). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Lonoke Cemetery.
