He is survived by: his mother Orvel Carter (DeAnna Carter); his children, Colby, Haley, Ethan, Matthew, BryAna, Meghan and McKenzy; his siblings, Connie Marie Carter and David Carter; and his stepsiblings, Tami Caswell and Toby Tucker. He is also survived by four grandchildren; father.
