He was predeceased by: his mother Connie Elaine Carter. He is survived by: his mother Orvel Carter (DeAnna Carter); his children, Colby, Haley, Ethan, Matthew, BryAna, Meghan and McKenzy; his siblings, Connie Marie Carter and David Carter; and his stepsiblings, Tami Caswell and Toby Tucker. He is also survived by four grandchildren; father.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (6470 AR-89, Cabot, AR 72023).
