She is survived by: her parents, Elizabeth "Liz" Tipton and William "Bill" Tipton; her sons, Michael Mobley and Christopher Mobley; and her sisters, Michele Runyan, Monica Tipton and Amy Tipton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
