It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Avoyn Forga of Lowell, Arkansas, born in Glenwood, Arkansas, who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Sheridan and Jewel Forga; and his wife Maxine Forga. He is survived by : his daughters, Lisa Bourke (Pat Bourke), Pam Forga and Jill Forga; and his grandchildren, Megan Shearin (Brad Shearin), Hunter Bourke (Lauren Case), Adam VanLangingham and Erika Edwards.

A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Rogers (626 W Olive St, Rogers, AR 72756).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to be made in the memory of "Dr. Avoyn Forga" to the 7Hills Homeless Shelter or Samaritan Community Center or a local charity of your choice that serves the less fortunate of our community.
