He is survived by: his wife Arlene Johnson; his son Shane Johnson (Amy) of Lowell; his siblings, Charles Johnson and Betty Cordell of Kansas City, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Emily Shayne Johnson and Dennis Blake Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Sisco Funeral Home (1312 N Curtis Ave, Pea Ridge, AR 72751). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Pea Ridge Cemetery (1401 Dodge St, Pea Ridge, AR 72751).
