He is survived by : his wife Linda Carithers Holloway; his daughter Shawna Madewell (Dustin); his grandson Seth Madewell; and his siblings, Terry Holloway (Maria), Cheryl Pegram (Bill) and Kenneth Holloway (Marsha).
