We announce the death of Lisa Garner of Lowell, Arkansas, who passed away on October 9, 2026, at the age of 64. Lisa will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Lisa will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Lisa will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Lisa’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Phillips and Lila Jean Phillips (Rodgers); and her sister Judy Evans. She is survived by: her husband Forrest Shane "Woody" Garner; and her stepchildren, Amanda Maclean and Brett Garner. She is also survived by three grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins' aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westfield Chapel Funeral Home (3236 W Huntsville Ave, Springdale, AR 72762). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
