She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Phillips; her parents, John Carter and Fannie Carter; and her siblings, Leasel Carter, Crawford Carter, Charles Carter and Lavera Keck of Witter.
She is survived by: her daughter Joyce; her son-in-law Rick Reed of Springdale; and her sister Lorena Middleton of Huntsville. She is also survived by three grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
