She was predeceased by : her parents, Ted Duggins and Jessie Duggins (Boyd); her husband Charles Eldon Whitehead; her granddaughter Destiny Hicks; and her siblings, Cecil Duggins and Sibyl Haney.
She is survived by : her children, Mike Whitehead (Becky), Randy Whitehead (Delila), Rick Whitehead (Karen), Cindy Whitehead and Kathy Renode (Bryan). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
