He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Hice Sr.; and his wife Betty Hice. He is survived by: his mother Phillis Burns Hice of Luxora; his children, James Hice of Luxora, Jackie Hice of Luxora and Jamie Hice of Luxora; and his sisters, Lovetta Botkin of Osceola and Cynthia McGuire of Hoxie.
