She is survived by : her mother Phyllis Nelms of Magazine, Arkansas; her husband Mark Garrett; her children, Dakota Garrett and Leanna Woods (Alvin) of Hector, Arkansas; her siblings, Cliff Nelms of Magazine, Arkansas, Sherry Higgs of Magazine and Kathy Adair of Cortez, Colorado; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Levi, Ethan and Emily.
