It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marigail Toney of Magazine, Arkansas, born in Hampton, Arkansas, who passed away on April 22, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Oliver and Katherine Oliver; her husband Robert Lewis Toney; and her siblings, Sammy Lee Oliver, Juanita Oliver and DeVellyn Oliver.

She is survived by : her children, Walter Toney (Helen) of Booneville, Arkansas, Paula Russell (Kenny) of Paris and Laura Staton (Bruce) of Magazine, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Joe Staton, Stacy James, Sandi Dietz, Bruce Staton Jr., Chance Toney, Blake Russell and Niki Scott; her great grandchildren, Kaitlynn Speer, Adrian Bramlett, Emily Staton, Daniel Hoang, Ethan Staton, Conner Ryan, Benjamin Hoang, Caleb Staton, Serenity Toney, Rory Dietz, Callen Scott, Avoree Morris, Hunter Russell, Fisher Russell and Lyla Scott; and her great great grandchildren, Laura Bramlett and Speer.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (127 W 4th St, Booneville, AR 72927). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (47 E Grove St, Magazine, AR 72943).
