He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tolleson Harvey and Louise Ballard Harvey Bailey; his stepfather William H. "Bucky" Bailey; his sisters, Jamie Dunklin and Joyce Nugent; and his stepbrother William H. Bailey Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Lori Cloninger (Rusty) of Benton and Jennifer Harvey (Jason Watkins) of Royal, Arkansas; his grandsons, Brett Cloninger (Abby) of Benton and Brandon Cloninger (Kristin) of Arkadelphia, Arkansas; his great grandchildren, Parker Kate, Harper Cloninger and Beau Cloninger; and also Brooks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Magnet Cove Volunteer Fire Department.
