She was predeceased by: her parents, Veda Mae Kennebeck and J. C. Bettis; her stepfather Don Kennebeck; and her grandchildren, Riley Mae Paine and Cole Thomas Paine.
She is survived by: her husband Danny Files of Magnet Cove; her children, Chad Files (Terri Files) of Little Rock and Krissie Paine (Luke Paine) of Tolar, Texas; her siblings, Tina Dodwell of Hot Springs, Jimmy Bettis (Joy Bettis) of Magnet Cove and David Kennebeck of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Andrew Files of Fayetteville, Laura Grace Files, Analeigh Files of Little Rock, Khloe Paine and Logan Paine of Tolar, Texas.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
The family requests that memorials be made to the animal rescue organization of your choice in Vickie's honor, reflecting her love and compassion for animals.
