She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Aldridge and Vena Aldridge (Gooch); her husband Roy Daugherty; her son Ralph Daugherty; her grandchildren, Doug Daugherty and Lesa Cook; and her siblings, Martha Duke, Merble Groves Hight, Mattie Lee Atkinson and Otha Aldridge.

She is survived by : her daughter Doris Cook of Magnolia; her grandson Terry (Ginger Cook); her great grandchildren, Coby, Christina Cook of Texarkana, TX, Chelsea, Matt Ross of Waldo, Taylor and Nathaniel Salyers of Royce City, TX; her great great grandchildren, Wyatt Cook of Texarkana, Judd Hickmott, Millie Ross of Waldo, Jaysen Daugherty, Abbigail Mader and Lillianna Salyers of Royce City; and her siblings, Ralph Aldridge of Buckner and Lavenia Hampton of Magnolia. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
