She is survived by: her sons, Tyler Hart, Hunter Hart, Chance Hart and Colton Stephens; her parents, Tony Sepulvado and Marianne Sepulvado; her grandfather Michael Miller; her siblings, Krystal Lee (Chris), Sarah Sepulvado (Jake Harper), Deidra Sepulvado, Misty Johnson (Boon) and Tony Jr. (Sheila Sepulvado); her nieces and nephews, Serenity, Emily, Zoey, Amber Sepulvado, Logan Lee and Tony Sepulvado III; and her aunts and uncles, Bubba, Bobby Miller, Brandy, Ricky and Pam.
