She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonah Cooper and Eula Beal Cooper; her sons, Johnny Ray Smith and James Michael Rose; her siblings, J. B., Terry, John Paul, Donnie Ray, Jonah Jr., Larry Cooper, Rosie, Mattie Faye, Pearlie Mae and Virginia Ann; and her daughter-in-law Virginia Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Ernest Smith, Jerry Rose (Michelle), Deontay Beal, Vincent Salsberry (China), Jonah Beal, Milton "Boo" Fuller, Joyce Glover and Tasia Beal; her grandchildren, James Rose (Shekesha), Roderick Rose (Jasmine), Terry Glover (Trudy), Laron Jackson, Lakendyra Cooper, Kizzy Pace, Latoya Rose and Keequanda Smith; and her siblings, Eula McDaniel (Terry) of Waldo, AR, Fannie Barham (Stanley) of Elkhart, IN, Richard Cooper of San Antonio, TX and Gary Jones of Los Angeles, CA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
