He is survived by: his wife Nina Couch of Chidester; his children, Jeramie Buck Couch (Bonnie) of Bokchito, OK and Olivia Downey (Charles) of Magnolia; his grandchildren, Camron Moorewood (Megan) of El Dorado, Carson Wells (Hunter) of Magnolia and Etta Grace Couch of Bokchito; his great grandchildren, Georgia Ann and Bonnie Jean of Magnolia; his brother Mark Couch of Magnolia; and his nephew Doug Couch of Stamps.
