Goldie will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Willis and Ruth Willis; her husband Billy; her sons, Terry Wayne "Champ" Cook and Scott David Cook; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Cook.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra Beevers (Carey) of Hasty, Mike Cook (Debbie) of Tontitown and Greg Cook of Magnolia. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
