He is survived by: his children, Lavona Perry (Kelly), Andy Dees (Madel) and Jana Davis (Brad); his grandchildren, Mandy Perry, Lee Perry (Lindy), Marissa, Rachel of Carson, MJ, Mandy Dees and Lilly Davis; his great grandchildren, Madison Harper, Jackson Haltom, Allie Hatfield and Emerald Dees; his nieces, Marge Dupree (Gil), Cindy Creager (Bob), Beverly Moore (Dave), Sharon Dees, Kathy Riddick (Wayne) and Becky Riddick (James); and his caregivers, Lisa Buffington, Vickie Ellis, Mashon Scott, Ivory Jacobs, Evelyn Grant and Velma Jones.
