As LaMoyne departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved LaMoyne. Though LaMoyne may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Onas DeBoard and Josephine DeBoard (Masoner); her husband James Roy "Jimmy" Burns; her granddaughter Amber Michele Johnson; and her great grandchild Carley Skye Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Shackelford of Magnolia, Jenny Webb of Gallatin, Debbie Howie (George) of Bella Vista, Becky Wilcox (Tom) of Brandon, Stephen Hartsell (Denise) of Murfreesboro, Kerin Hartsell of Magnolia and Michael Hartsell (Stephanie) of Keithville, Louisiana. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild; and a host of extended family.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. (420 N Jackson, Magnolia, AR 71753). Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
