She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Elzie Foster and Dorothy Ann Foster (Webb); her husband Ralph Jerald "Jerry" Rowe; and her brother-in-law Jacky Bradshaw. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Bradshaw, Sandra Kimball (Bobby) and Jody Foster (Jeanetta); her great-nephew Dakota Skelton (Kayla); Olivia.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children Hospital or to First Baptist Church in Waldo, Arkansas.
