She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Smead and Bertha Mae Owens (Mills); her husband Harley Eugene Staggs; and her brothers, Garland Owens and Charlie Owens.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephens Taylor and Garry Lewis of Three Creeks; and her grandchildren, Candy Johnson of Parkers Chapel, Michael Johnson of El Dorado, Neal Johnson (Reanna) of Calion and Patrick Lewis (Carmen) of Norphlet. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
