He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Ainsworth and Lewis; his daughter Ronda Ainsworth White; his wife Pat; and his son Russell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Ainsworth Bass (Darren) and Rebecca Ainsworth Bustillos (Ruben); his grandchildren, Adrian Sandberg (Aaron), Taylor White (Shayna), Makenzie Bass, Blake Bass (Payton Butler) and Emily Bustillos; and his great grandchildren, Haylie, Austin, Sawyer, Sloan and Greyson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. (420 N Jackson, Magnolia, AR 71753). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Magnolia Memorial Park Cemetery (370 Columbia Rd #36, Magnolia, AR 71753).
