He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Manual Bailey and Roester Davis Bailey; his siblings, Jesse James Bailey, Thomas Manual Bailey, Jr., Joe Nathan Bailey, Sr., Mammie Bell Bailey Morgan, Paul James Bailey, Sr. and Sylvia Bailey McNeely; and his daughter Willetta Denise Bailey Anderson.
He is survived by: his sister Minnie Bailey Matlock of Malvern; and his children, Cassandra R. Means (Brian) of Malvern, Albany J. Bailey (Dominique) of Malvern, Toyenda C. Bailey of Little Rock, Keenya C. Williams of Little Rock and Alicia A. Brown of Hot Springs. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a host of special nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
