It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Manning of Malvern, Arkansas, born in McAllen, Texas, who passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Loser and Doris Johnson Loser; and her nephew Tim Loser. She is survived by: her husband William Manning III (Bill); her children, Bradley Dale Manning of Malvern and Brooke Tidball (Gary) of Lonsdale; and her sister Kathy Loser Pennington of Conway.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas Alzheimer's Association, AR Hospice, or plant a tree in her memory.
