She was predeceased by: her parents, L. C. Burnett and Alice Sandage Burnett; her children, Tom McKim (Junior), Jim Jackson and Dale McAnally; and her brothers, Larry Burnett and Jerry Burnett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Shaffer of Arkadelphia, Rhonda Smith (Ronnie), Cheryl Whitley (Ken) of Donaldson, Lisa Kennedy (Sid) of Hot Springs and Kelli Fairris (Jeff) of Hamburg; her siblings, Thomas Burnett, Mitchell Burnett, Mary Phillips and Doris Holloway; and her grandchildren, Nikki Golden, Shelly Green, Dawn Starkey, Heather Fowler, Bryan Smith, Chris Morrison, Monty Whitley, Casey Lea, Dylan Michaelis and Devan Michaelis.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Harmony Primitive Baptist Church or the Ouachita Cemetery.
