He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marshall and Ruby Looper Marshall; his former wife Patsy Ann; and his sons, Billy Don Marshall Jr. and Todd York.
He is survived by: his wife Ninfa Marshall of Malvern; and his children, Tyrone Marshall (Nell) of Arkadelphia, Matthew Marshall of Bismarck, Ryan Marshall of Little Rock and Regina Marshall of Arkadelphia. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Regency Funeral Home (1839 Pine Bluff St, Malvern, AR 72104). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
