He is survived by: his wife Guyanna Marsh Attaway; his children, Robin Attaway Jackson (Tommy) and Brian "Bo" Attaway (Carla); his sisters, Treva Cunningham, Sandy Issacs (Jim) and Cherrell; his grandchildren, Ashlee, Harley Wolfe, Shelby Shockley, Shawna, Aaron Whitehead, Shelby Montgomery and Jade Montgomery; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Laney, Sypress, Memphis Shockley, Emma, Eva Toska, Matthew, Joshua Whitehead, Shelbie Hope Voss, Brighton and Dakota Montgomery.
