He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Perkins and Lula Carson Perkins; his wife Ruth Perkins; and his brothers, James Perkins and Pat Perkins.
He is survived by: his sons, Ron Perkins (Barbara) of Malvern and Joe Perkins (Kathy) of Malvern. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-one- great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
