He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cook and Eleanor Cook; his son Jeffrey Cook; his brother Bobby Cook; and his granddaughter Cameron Blankinship.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Hollomon Cook; his children, Angela Arbuckle, Eva Bailey (John), Carrie Blankinship (Jason) and Billy Cook (Cherise); his sisters, Anna Bennett (Tim) and Edna Cook; and his grandchildren, Brinley, Rachel, Christopher, Cruz, Kiera, Corey, Nathan and Parker.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Regency Funeral Home (1839 Pine Bluff St, Malvern, AR 72104). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
