Clavis Harlon was predeceased by: parents, Truman Riggan and Faye Riggan; and sister Tonya R. Wheeler. Clavis Harlon is survived by: son Matthew H. Riggan; and brothers, Garland D. Riggan, Carman R. Riggan (Teresa) and Glenn Riggan (Shellie). Clavis Harlon is also survived by several nieces and nephews alongside other family and friends.
