He is survived by: his wife Crystal (McKim); his children, Paxton Penny (Heather) of Magnet Cove and Peyton Penny of Malvern; his grandsons, Kyler Penny and Kash Penny of Magnet Cove; his siblings, Fred Penny (Mary) of Magnet Cove and Marti Bennett (Danny) of Benton; and his siblings-in-law, Kelly Crippen (Greg) of Poyen and Lane McKim of Arkadelphia. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
