He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Webster and Marie Martha Phillips; his son David Wayne Phillips; and his son-in-law William Earl Chastian. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Phillips (Chandler); his daughters, Barbara Lanette Chastain (Phillips) and Lisa Ellen Blackmon (Phillips); his daughter-in-law Shelly Phillips (Burnett); his grandchildren, Amber Chastain, Melissa Manis (Jeff), Lauren House (Matt), Dewey Phillips, Lindsay Edgin (Andrew), Paige Cullins (Chris) and Logan Shuttleworth (Sean); his great grandchildren, Jacob Manis, Abigail Manis, Mattie House, Julie Manis, Melody House, Daniel Edgin, Luke Edgin, June Shuttleworth, Emery Shuttleworth and Eli Cullins; and his sister Sandra Murphy.
