She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Shuffield and C. O. Shuffield; her spouse Jerry Groves; and her brother-in-law Marshall Weatherford. She is survived by: her siblings, Shawn Shuffield (Michelle) and Cecilia Weatherford; her children, Lanny Allen (Kelly) and Christine Groves; her grandchildren, Tracey Bass, Alexander Groves, Hunter Allen, Perry Allen, Meghan McDaniel, Gabriel Bass and Connor Bass; and her great grandchild Elijah Groves.
