She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fred Sr. and Beulah Jones Spears; her siblings, William Fred Spears Jr. and Martha Spears; and the father of her children Bedford McKim.

She is survived by: her children, Bedford Lane McKim II of Malvern, Crystal Penny (David) of Malvern, Kelly Crippen (Greg) of Poyen and Kay Crippen of Poyen; her grandchildren, Paxton Penny (Heather), Peyton Penny White (Jonah), Derek Rodgers, Weslea Johnson and Taylor Crippen; and her great grandchildren, Kyler, Kash Penny, Parker Rodgers, Ben, Aubrey Johnson and Braeden Crippen.
