He was predeceased by : his parents, Bobby Joe Baxter and Betty Jo King Baxter; and his siblings, Robert Lester Baxter and Crystal Ann Clardy. He is survived by : his wife Debra Ann Baxter; his daughter Lisha Renee Baxter; and his sister Mary Elizabeth Brown.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ashby Funeral Home Chapel (108 W Narroway St, Benton, AR 72015). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
