He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Damon and Lois Virginia McClenahan Caddy; and his grandson Mathew Freeman (Caddy). He is survived by: his wife Wendy Caddy of Tulip; his children, Jacob Caddy (Hope) of Glen Rose, Dustin Freeman (Nina) of Malvern, Chad Freeman of Bismarck, Jeremy Freeman (Amy) of Bismarck and Rachel Hill (Jonathan) of New DeRoche; his grandchildren, Jaxon Damon Caddy, Julie Hill, Jaci Hill, Jaxon James Hill, Madison Freeman, Blake Freeman, Hunter Freeman, Corbyn Freeman (Cheeto), Ashtyn Freeman (Scooter), Hayden Freeman, Bryson Freeman, Huxley Freeman, Daylon Freeman and Gage Freeman; his siblings, Howard Caddy (Penny) of Tulip, Joe Caddy (Kay) of Malvern, Kevin Caddy (Bobbie) of Batesville, Phillip Farley (Lisa) of Valley View, Texas, Sandra, Sandy Golden (Jim) of Malvern and Kathy Caddy of Hot Springs; and his pet Toby.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Victory Assembly of God Church.
