He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Hopkins and Ethel Hopkins; and his sister Voncille (Roy Woods). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Wallis Hopkins; his sons, David Hopkins (Ashley) and John Hopkins (Gina); his grandsons, Houston Hopkins (Emily Conklin) and William Hopkins; his sister Brenda Cotten (Lee); and his nieces and nephews, Kim Dockins, Kellie Jones (Butch), Steve Woods and Patrick Cotten.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First Assembly of God in Malvern.
