With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jacquetta Ramsey of Malvern, Arkansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Crip" Mears and Cora May Cooper; her husband Delter "Buddy" Ramsey; her son Gary Robert Ramsey; her granddaughter Cortney Smith; and her siblings, Ethel Bernice Booth, Linnie Mae Mears, Herman, Vernon and Everett Ramsey.
She is survived by: her children, James "Jim" Mears, Kenneth Ramsey, William "Bodie" Ramsey (Kathy), Dana Ramsey, Debra Thompson, Charles "Charlie" Ramsey (Ann), Joe Ramsey (Tricia) and Dorothy Griffin; her grandchildren, Mitchell Mears, Gary-Lee Ramsey (Brandy), Kenny Ramsey (Misty), Whitney Bussell (Josh), Sara Beth McClard (Terry), Tasha Blaylock (Brandon) of Timothy, Michael Ramsey, Jerry "Bubba" Trigg (Amber), Lisa Trigg, Logan Ramsey (Carly), Lucas Ramsey (Abby), Christopher Ramsey, James Weatherford, Jake Weatherford, Sebastian Ramsey and Amanda Vardaman (Matt); and her siblings, Thurman Ramsey, Letha Tipping, Carol Buie, Reba Ramsey and Joyce Akin. She is also survived by great grandchildren, and four (4) great great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Regency Funeral Home Chapel (1839 Pine Bluff St, Malvern, AR 72104).
