He was predeceased by: his daughter Angela Dawn Castleberry; his wife Jackie May Castleberry; and his brothers, Marvin Castleberry and J. C. Castleberry. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Castleberry; his grandson Devin Toney of Bryant; and his siblings, Rita Miller of Lonoke, Kelly Castleberry and Carroll Castleberry of Malvern. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
