He is survived by: his fiancée Sandra Burks; his children, Lindsey King (Carlton) and Charles Kennedy (Taylor); his siblings, Elaine Langley, David Rubly, Jerry Rubly and Kellie Watson; and his grandchildren, Chaselynn Betts, Clayton King, Brooklyn Burks, Thomas Burks, Nevaeh Stinson, Lacey Stinson, Mandy Stinson, Jeriamy Burks and Rain Stinson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Atkinson Funeral Home & Chapel (204 E 2nd St, Malvern, AR 72104).
