He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Swayze and Winnie Swayze; the mother of his children Lou Swayze; his son Robbie Swayze; and his siblings, Charlene Legg, Bobby, Larry and Eddie Swayze.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Charlene Swayze; his sons, Shane Swayze of Malvern, Tim Swayze (Pam) of Bismarck and Jim Swayze (Lisa) of Fayetteville; his brother Hayes Swayze (Florine) of Malvern; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Krysten, Brandon, Aaron, Collin, Megan, Katherine, Austin and Emma Swayze. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
