He was predeceased by: his parents, Estell Welcher and Carrie Stout Welcher; and his daughter Jo Ann Jones. He is survived by: his children, Janet Davis of Claremore, OK, Pam Jackson (John) of Benton and James N. Welcher (Jeffrey) of Seattle, WA; his sisters, Nina Haynes of Jacksonville, AR and Carolyn Scott of Hot Springs; and his grandsons, Mark Davis of Claremore, OK, Michael Jones of Hot Springs and Rusty Jackson of Benton. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
