She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Hurshel "Pete" Talley and Bess Carter Talley; her husband Raymond Rutledge; her daughters, Jan Long (Mike) of Malvern and Betsy Launius (Chad) of Glen Rose; her brothers, Dan Talley (Ann) of Malvern and Lynn Talley (Freda) of Glen Rose; and her grandchildren, Mikayla Long, Wesley Launius, Olivia Launius, Noah Long and Jaxson Long.
