Wilson Ridout, Robert Johnson, Hart Craig, Oreadis Craig, Arch Craig, Harvest Craig, John Arthur Craig, Lewis Thomas Craig, Lula Reed and Maudrine Hughes; and his grandson Hayden Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Cook of Malvern; his children, Joe Cook, Jr. (Bernice) of Little Rock, Tony Cook of Dickinson, Texas and JoAnn Lewis (Herman) of Little Rock, Arkansas; his sister Joyce Stephens of Chicago, Illinois; and his siblings-in-law, Willie Reed of Malvern, Lessie Ridout of Waterloo and Vera Mae Johnson of Rockford, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
