He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Deckard; his children, Talitha Folse (Rodney), Dustin Bryant, Marvin Keener, Travis Keener and Caleb Keener; and his siblings, David Deckard, Brenda Beason and Reta Witham. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
