She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howard Tully and Frances Mae Newcomb Tully. She is survived by: her children, Connie Padgett of Magnet Cove, Tim Padgett (Melanie) of Malvern and Scott Padgett of Austin, TX; and her siblings, Lynette O'Neal (Tom) of Paris, TX and Michael Tully of Magnet Cove. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charitable organizations of Saline County Moose Lodge #2567, notated "In memory of Kathy Ballard.".
