She was predeceased by: her parents, Elder Oscar and Francise Galloway Beard; her husband Tom Bell; her siblings, Franklin Beard, James Beard, Francise Abbott and Nancy Millsaps; and her grandson Stephen Vining.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Vining (Fred) of Russellville, Rhonda Bell of Malvern and Teresa Johnson (David) of Malvern; her brother Donald Ray Beard of Mississippi; her siblings-in-law, Floyd Abbott, Pearl Beard and Erika Beard; her grandchildren, Brent Vining, Carrie Freeman (Tyler), Lisa Chaffin, Elizabeth Wickert (Robert) and Matthew Johnson (Jill); her great grandchildren, Madison Day Sowards (Noah), Andi Johnson, Savannah Chaffin, Trace Chaffin, Mackinzie Freeman, Courtney Freeman, Natalie Freeman, Elijah Freeman, Mason Johnson, Lilly Johnson and William Wickert; and her great great grandchild Harlow Sowards.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Meadowview Missionary Baptist Church.
